31-July & 1 – Aug – 2022 / After two years, the Teej Mata’s Procession was taken out from the City Palace of Jaipur (The break was due to Covid Pandemic). Teej Mata was decorated with gold jewellery and made a city tour in a silver chariot. A large number of people reached old city Jaipur to see the ride that came with royal convoy. Manganiyar folk singing, peacock dance and the tableau of Radha Krishna were seen during the ride of Teej Mata. 150 folk artists gave their performance in Rajasthani style.

Both Days the ride started from Janani Deodhi at 5:45 pm to reach Talkatora around 7 pm via covering various places in the old Jaipur city.

Ramkrishna Sharma, patron of City Palace Jaipur Museum, said that the statue is taken out twice a year on Teej and Gangaur. Initially women of the former royal family worshiped the Godess Teej Mata. After that, Mata's ride is taken out on a city tour for the common people's darshan (sight). It is believed that every wish is fulfilled by worshiping Teej Mata.
