21-June-2024 Pre-monsoon activity continued for the second consecutive day in Rajasthan. Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Nagaur, Alwar, Chittorgarh, Sawai Madhopur and Tonk districts received rain accompanied by strong winds. After the rain, the weather became pleasant and people got relief from the heat.
The weather centre Jaipur has issued a storm and rain alert in 26 districts today. According to weather experts, the pre-monsoon rains have begun due to the western disturbances active in North India and the moist winds coming from East India. The weather centre Jaipur has predicted similar weather and storms and rains in the state for the next 4 days i.e. till June 24.
